Oh my dearest little pet,

    Do you think to have the time
        to listen to me sputter
    and to listen to me rhyme?
        Maybe hear my laughter
    and maybe hear my cries
        as you cuddle in my fingers
    and play on my strings ties?
    
        Do you see I watch you sleeping,
            do you think that I am god?
        when I coddle as your weeping
